1. How will I receive my digital product?
After purchase, you’ll receive an email with a download link. You can also access your files anytime through your Fortemira account if you created one at checkout.
2. What format are the products in?
Most Fortemira products come in PDF format and are compatible with both GoodNotes/Notability (for digital use) and standard printers (for printing at home).
3. Can I use Fortemira planners in a digital planning app?
Yes! Our products are designed for digital planners like GoodNotes, Notability, or any app that supports PDFs and annotations. Simply import the file and start using it.
4. Can I print these planners at home?
Absolutely. All products are print-friendly and sized to standard paper formats (US Letter or A4). You can print them as many times as you need for personal use.
5. Do I need any special software to use your products?
No special software is required. You can use:

Adobe Acrobat Reader for printing or viewing,

Or any PDF-compatible app or printer.
6. Can I get a refund on a digital product?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. If you have any issues accessing your file, please contact us at info@fortemira.com and we’ll be happy to help.
7. Can I share my download with others?
Our products are for personal use only. Please do not share, resell, or distribute the files. We appreciate your support in respecting creator rights.
8. I didn’t get my download link—what should I do?
First, check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s still missing, email us at info@fortemira.com with your order number, and we’ll resend your download right away.
9. Do you offer custom designs or edits?
At this time, Fortemira doesn’t offer custom design services. However, we’re always open to product suggestions—send us your ideas at info@fortemira.com!
